Be like these super strong celebrity dads.
Here is a list of my top five fittest dads. We all know them. They all have things in common.
- They have always held their fitness in high regard.
- They all eat clean
- They work out hard
- They made it part of their job as motivation
Diet- clean diet. High protein.
Fitness- Lots of cardio. Cross training
Diet- Clean eating . High protein
Fitness- circuit training
Diet- Depending on phase. Clean eating.
Fitness- 6 day split. Legs twice a week. BB split
Diet- Clean eating. High protein
Fitness- Cardio, boxing, weight training
Diet- Clean eating
Fitness- Compound movements, circuit training
You can say that they have no excuse not to be in shape. I don’t know about you, but I know of a lot of out of shape celebrities. That means that on top of everything else (work, family) they manage to stay in shape. They understand that their fitness is what keeps their families fed.
The biggest takeaway from this is that they all have to plan their day around fitness. The things that they do to stay in shape can’t be a second thought.
